By curating and amplifying these places worldwide, we guide travelers, creators, and leaders to stays that don’t just host them, but truly hold them — nurturing their journey into freedom, meaning, and love.
Every certified stay is curated by our founders and trained Soulwave curators based on 5 energetic pillars:
1. Presence – you feel held, not hurried, you can hear yourself again
Energetic Frequency of the Place. The Space feels energetically pure and powerful; stillness and resonance are tangibly present.
2. Soulful Design & Atmosphere that lifts your spirit
Authentic, harmonious interior with natural materials and light forming a coherent, intentional whole.

Staff provides warm, authentic and present hospitality.

A stay qualifies for Soulwave Certified status when it offers a high-frequency experience that supports guests in inner peace, conscious growth, and soulful connection.

Certification Process Annual Award
Certification Process:
Step 1: Nomination or Self-Application – via website or partner platform with a short questionnaire and visual material.
Step 2: Preselection – based on visual and content-based evaluation by the Soulwave team.
Step 3: Interview or Visit – live/online conversation and, if possible, an on-site experience visit.
Step 4: Evaluation – scored on the 5 criteria + Soulwave Frequency Scale.
Step 5: Certification – receipt of the badge, digital recognition, and visibility on the platform.
Annual Soulful Hospitality Award
Each year, one stay is honored as the ‘Soulful Stay of the Year.’
Selected from all Soulful Certified Stays of that year.
Judged by an independent jury.
Public voting via the Soulwave Community.
Final selection based on impact, pure experience, and inspirational power.
The winner receives:
A golden Soulful Hospitality Award Trophy, extra visibility, and a video or podcast feature.
